What does your reflection say about you?

When you look in the mirror, are you happy with who you see?
Are you nurturing and kind and supportive of you?

Is your heart burdened with guilt, resentment and anger carried far too long?
Are you harboring a grudge or jealousy or are you free to be kind & loving?

Have your words been carelessly thrown to the wind, thoughtless of who and how they may hurt another (or yourself) or are they well placed and preserved in kindness?

Are you happy?
Deeply, serenely, purely, endlessly and honestly HAPPY
or have you layered yourself with denial
and can't find the balance of truth?

Do you know that it's ok to be wrong and travel your way to right?
Have you understood that forgiveness is about healing & freeing you and not another?

Have you loved or allowed yourself to love, beginning with spreading that tenderness upon yourself?

What does your reflection say about you?

Are you free to be happy and if not, are you willing to grow to get there?
